Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how it works. It applies alongside our Returns Policy and your statutory rights.

Eligibility

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging, returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.

Non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, food-contact items that have been opened or used (jars, containers, bags, wraps, dispensers and similar) cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged (for example broken glass) or is faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damage, with your order number and photos. We'll provide a free replacement or a full refund, including any return postage.

How to request a refund

Email support@rutlandph.shop with your order number and reason. We'll confirm next steps and, where a return is needed, the correct return address.

Timing & method

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a claim.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.

Cancellations

Orders are one-time purchases (no subscriptions). If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once shipped, our returns process applies.
